We’re thrilled to welcome Andrea Skillings to the North Freeze Dry team as our new Receptionist! Andrea brings warmth, organization and enthusiasm to her role, making her a perfect fit for our team.
As North Freeze Dry’s Receptionist, Andrea is the friendly face and voice that greets visitors and callers. Her responsibilities span a variety of areas, but through them all, she’s committed to ensuring the company remains a welcoming and enjoyable workplace.
Andrea enjoys getting to know new people and was struck by how warmly she was welcomed when she joined the North Freeze Dry team. That strong sense of belonging is what motivates her to excel in her new role.
While she humbly notes that she’s still building her career achievements, Andrea’s already making a big impact at North Freeze Dry. She’s proud of becoming the central hub for incoming items, alleviating her teammates’ workloads and helping coordinate company events. Beyond work, Andrea considers her greatest accomplishments to be her three children.
Andrea cherishes time spent with her husband Jeramy and their kids, ages 18, 15 and 12, as well as their 2-year-old chocolate lab, Nova. In the summer, the Skillings family enjoys time at the lake, music and yard games on their patio. In the winter, they embrace the snow and enjoy cozy game nights around the family table.
Andrea is an avid reader and often jokes that she should have become a book editor to get paid for her favorite pastime. She also has a passion for cooking and baking, with a particular love for whipping up delicious baked treats.
We’re so excited to have Andrea as part of the North Freeze Dry family. Her enthusiasm, positivity and dedication to her role are already making a difference, and we look forward to seeing her grow with us.
