We’re excited to welcome Matt Schilling to the North Freeze Dry team as our new Account Manager!
In his role, Matt serves as the critical link between our customers and operations. His day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with customers to discuss demand and scheduling needs. From there, he collaborates with our internal operations team to schedule plant production. His knack for organization and teamwork ensures that customer needs are met while streamlining production workflows.
For Matt, the best part of his job is talking to customers every day. Building relationships and helping them achieve their goals are what keep him motivated. Beyond that, he’s driven by the opportunity to contribute to the team and explore innovative ways to improve production efficiency.
One of Matt’s proudest accomplishments so far has been his involvement in rethinking how production schedules are organized. Thanks to a collaborative, forward-thinking team, he helped North Freeze Dry transition to a new scheduling system, which has significantly improved operational efficiency.
When Matt isn’t at work, he’s all about spending time with family and friends, enjoying the great outdoors or watching his favorite sports—football, basketball, hockey and baseball. He’s also passionate about running marathons, big game hunting and making the most of life by connecting with the people who matter most to him.
