We’re excited to welcome Chester Masters to the North Freeze Dry team as a Shift Superintendent! Chester’s dedication to excellence and keen problem-solving abilities makes him a fantastic addition to our team.
Currently focused on the Meat Prep department, Chester oversees a key part of our operations, managing Shipping, Production and High-Pressure Processing. His leadership ensures that these areas all work efficiently, keeping production on track and meeting the high standards North Freeze Dry is known for.
Chester thrives on tackling daily tasks and figuring out the best ways to get them done. He enjoys the challenge of solving problems and improving processes, finding excitement in variety and growth. His passion for continuous improvement drives his work every day.
Chester has already made a big impact at North Freeze Dry. Under his leadership, the department has achieved record-breaking production levels and improved operating efficiencies. These accomplishments speak to his ability to inspire teams and drive results.
When Chester isn’t overseeing operations, he enjoys spending his free time watching sports, fishing and going out with family and friends.
