We’re excited to announce that Dale Vogtlin has joined the North Freeze Dry team as a Shift Superintendent. With his dedication to safety, product quality and efficiency, Dale brings valuable experience and a passion for teamwork to his new role.
As Shift Superintendent, Dale prioritizes the safety of his crew, ensuring that everyone goes home unharmed at the end of each shift. He also focuses on maintaining the highest standards for product quality while optimizing efficiency and throughput in production.
Dale thrives on working with people and teaching the importance of teamwork. For him, the greatest satisfaction comes from fostering collaboration and showing how much can be accomplished when everyone works together towards the same goal.
Dale believes that core values should be deeply embedded into a company’s culture, and he’s excited to promote that throughout the organization. His leadership and commitment make him a key part of North Freeze Dry’s operations.
When Dale isn’t leading his team at North Freeze Dry, he loves spending time with his wife, Susie. Whether tackling projects around the house or cruising the Soo-Line railroad bed on his side-by-side, Dale finds joy in making the most of his free time.
An avid outdoorsman, Dale enjoys bird hunting with his German Shorthairs, as well as deer and bear hunting. Fishing—whether in the summer sun or on frozen lakes during winter—is another of his favorite pastimes. His love for the outdoors reflects his enthusiasm for adventure and hard work.
We’re thrilled to have Dale on board as part of the North Freeze Dry family. His expertise, leadership and dedication to fostering teamwork will undoubtedly help us to deliver excellence in every aspect of our work.
